By accessing or using KWVerdit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
KWVerdit is a keyword feasibility analysis tool that helps users evaluate whether a keyword is worth targeting for SEO purposes. The Service provides:
Data is sourced from third-party providers including DataForSEO. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee SEO outcomes.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service operates on a credit-based system:
Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits are deducted at the time of analysis. If an analysis fails due to a service error, credits will be refunded automatically.
Payments are processed by Creem.io. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund policy: We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you have not used more than 500 credits during that period. To request a refund, contact us at support@kwverdit.com. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods or after the 7-day window.
When upgrading plans, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Creem.io handles all proration calculations automatically.

The KWVerdit platform, including its decision engine, UI, and branding, is owned by KWVerdit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any keywords or data you input into the Service.
Analysis results generated by the Service are provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone data product.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that keyword analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and content quality.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KWVerdit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where KWVerdit operates.
