2.4 Payment Information

We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Creem.io. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and your subscription status.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement the following security measures:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for sensitive fields
• API authentication via JWT tokens
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate KWVerdit:

When you analyze a keyword, the keyword text is sent to DataForSEO's API to retrieve search data. Please review their privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we add analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out options.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Keyword reports: Retained indefinitely to allow you to access past analyses. You can delete individual reports from your dashboard.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
• Server logs: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
